Independent hospitality company, Oakman Inns & Restaurants, has appointed 20-20 Public Relations to handle the launch of their new Witney Hotel, Bar and Restaurant, The Blue Boar Inn.

The Blue Boar Inn, currently known as The Marlborough Hotel, is expected to open at the end of November following a substantial renovation programme.
