Margarete Bucheli has been appointed editor in chief of AQUA & GAS. Her predecessor Suzanne Mettler returns to research. Bucheli was also previously active in research.

Before 2012, AQUA & GAS was published under the title gwa Gas- und Wasserwirtschaft.
AQUA & GAS is the journal of the Swiss Association of Gas and Water (SVGW).
