Biscuit World hires editor

Crier Media Group’s Biscuit World, aimed at the biscuit processing market, has appointed Annie Launois as editor.
Launois previously worked on Nexus Media’s Specialist Schools Review, which
closed a few months ago.
She joined the bimonthly title on 6 November, replacing Jan Iverson.
Iverson's departure sees the next issue of the quarterly Asia Pacific Baker edited by Matthew Moggridge, freelance editor of Potato Processing International.
Launois will also temporarily look after European Baker jointly with The Drinks Network's Dinushi Wijewardena.
